Job summary

Teceze seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize CRM and CSM workflows, intelligent automation, and enterprise integrations. You will build CRM/CSM solutions, manage case handling, and contribute to CMDB/CSDM initiatives while advancing AI-powered capabilities.

The role involves hands-on development across flows, rules, scripts, and integrations, with a focus on scalable ServiceNow applications and seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in CRM/CSM workflows and ITSM modules.
• Experience building flows with Flow Designer and Script Includes.
• Ability to design and implement CMDB/CSDM and CI lifecycle.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of scoped applications and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows and Now Assist / GenAI skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow CRM/CSM solutions.
• Build and maintain CSM Case Management and Omnichannel engagement.
• Develop and optimize intelligent workflows using Now Assist and GenAI.
• Create business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio.
• Contribute to CMDB, CSDM, and service modeling initiatives.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
