Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to lead our scheduling function and support team. This role drives daily operations, coordinates plumbers and apprentices, manages daily scheduling, emergency works and priority jobs, and ensures an exceptional customer experience from first contact to job completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or scheduling is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• High attention to detail and good computer skills.
• Experience using scheduling software (AroFlo is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Service Support & Administration team.
• Coordinate a team of plumbers and apprentices across Melbourne.
• Manage daily scheduling, emergencies and priority jobs.
• Liaise with property managers, owners corporations, commercial clients, and homeowners.
• Monitor job progress and reallocate resources as needed.
• Support workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from contact to job completion.
• Collaborate with Directors to improve service delivery and performance.
