Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Service Coordinator for a remote role operating during Australian hours (8 am–5 pm). The successful candidate will coordinate onboarding, rostering, and support services, communicating clearly with clients and care partners in English.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, compliance, and proactive relationship management. The position is full-time, work-from-home, with a focus on delivering high-quality care coordination and efficient service delivery for clients

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication required.
• Experience in healthcare or aged care services preferred.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and document in Sensible Cares; collect health docs.
• Maintain client information and service status accurately.
• Coordinate rosters and referrals with care partners and providers.
• Manage non-clinical referrals and budget-related activities.
• Communicate with clients, teams and stakeholders professionally.
• Ensure compliance and log incidents in the management system.
• Support business development and relationship building.
