Job summary

MicroSourcing in Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support mechanical and plumbing installation projects from planning through delivery. You will work cross-functionally with operations, sales, subcontractors, and utilities to ensure timelines, budgets and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project administration or construction-related projects.
• Hands-on or supporting role in construction projects is preferred.
• Proven time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel/Word and collaboration tools (Slack/Asana).

Responsibilities

• Project Administration: summarize and maintain job folders; manage time tracking and employee hours; maintain project spreadsheet; weekly scheduling and job assignments.
• Finance & Procurement: process change orders and purchase orders; review and submit supplier invoices; track project invoicing status; assist procurement in purchasing equipment; track inventory and replenishment.
• Compliance & Documentation: assist with DOB and utility paperwork; file ConEd cases; schedule inspections; gather and maintain subcontractor compliance records including certificates of insurance and agreements.
• Communication & Coordination: liaise between sales, subcontractors, suppliers, and accounting; use Slack, Asana, BuildOps, and other platforms to track updates.
