Responsibilities

• Group and assign jobs to drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Publish jobs to attract drivers and expand the network.
• Conduct driver training to improve skills.
• Make outbound calls to update customers on delivery status.
• Respond to inquiries via email and other channels.
• Handle cases and complaints positively and professionally.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of interactions, transactions, and complaints.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide feedback on delivery and service efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.
