Kinguin in Manila seeks a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead international campaigns (US, Germany) and scale transactions while maintaining ROAS and margins. You will manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GMC and GA4, and collaborate with Analytics, CRM, IT and Creative teams.

Minimum 4 years in Paid Media and English proficiency. Remote work with flexible hours and monthly bonuses, plus access to tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Paid Media with a focus on e-commerce.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, GMC and GA4.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Sheets.
• Experience with first-party data and performance bidding strategies.
• English proficiency at high level; ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Paid Media strategies across international markets.
• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns end-to-end, including GMC and GA4.
• Own performance against ROAS, CAC, POAS and AOV.
• Lead feed optimization in Google Merchant Center and implement GMC rules.
• Run continuous A/B tests, document insights and scale best solutions.
• Collaborate with Analytics, CRM, IT and Creative teams to maximise efficiency.
