Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Paid Media & PPC Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from a remote setup in the Philippines. You will oversee keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, and performance optimization to maximize conversions and ROI.

You will set up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, analyze data across GA, and optimize landing pages. Expect daily monitoring, clear reporting, and collaboration in a remote-first team across the US market.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Google keyword and display campaigns.
• Strong track record of analyzing and optimizing ad spend.
• Experience setting up conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding landing page optimization and basic CRO principles.
• Comfort using Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA, and GTM.
• Willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
• Technical setup readiness: webcam, headset, stable internet, backups.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Perform regular keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy updates.
• Monitor campaigns daily, adjust bidding, budgets, and targeting to optimize ROI.
• Prepare reports on spend, conversions, CPA, and key findings.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking with GTM and Google Ads.
• Optimize landing pages and apply basic CRO strategies.
• Analyze performance and reallocate budget accordingly.
• Run Google and Meta campaigns in parallel and present findings.
• Discuss recommendations during regular check-ins.
