Staff X - Offshore Staffing is seeking a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to own end-to-end Google and Meta campaign management for a client portfolio, including ecommerce and lead generation. You will optimize campaigns, ensure accurate tracking, and report performance with account managers.

This fully remote role requires hands-on expertise across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and Data Studio, plus at least three years in paid advertising in an agency setting.

Qualifications

• Agency background required with multi-client management.
• Three years in paid advertising with measurable scaling outcomes.
• Experience managing campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing.
• Lead Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for ecommerce and lead gen clients.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking with GA4 and GTM to ensure accurate data and attribution.
• Analyze ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Quality Score; prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with account managers to shape campaign strategy and cross-functional delivery.
• Coordinate with web designers, landing page builders, SEO, and sales to support delivery.
• Manage Google Merchant Center and Meta Business Manager configurations.
