MicroSourcing in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to manage SEM/Paid Search campaigns from a remote setup. You will plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns across advertisers, monitor budgets, and report on performance.

The role requires 1–2 years of SEM experience, proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, plus a Bachelor's degree preferred. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing SEM/Paid Search campaigns across multiple advertisers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience analyzing websites using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Certifications in Google Search and Microsoft Ads preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online paid search campaigns, including implementation, optimization, and analysis.
• Monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other campaign metrics.
• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
• Communicate optimizations and recommendations to clients based on key campaign metrics.
• Monitor campaign dashboards and reporting tools, highlighting key areas aligned with client goals.
• Cooperate with internal teams on campaign development, timelines, results, and optimizations.
• Present campaign strategies, initiatives, and growth opportunities to clients in person and over the phone.
• Prepare client‑facing attribution reports using Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, and other third‑party tools.
