Job summary

GAIN is seeking a Paid Media Consultant based in the Philippines to join as an independent contractor. The role focuses on managing Paid Media campaigns, primarily Google Ads, with potential support on Meta Ads. You’ll work with 15–20 client accounts, execute campaigns, optimise performance, and deliver reporting.

This remote role offers flexible hours and training, with opportunities to grow into broader strategy and client communication within a high-performing remote team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills; training provided.
• Independent, self-motivated with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Google Ads and other paid media platforms.
• Monitor ad budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
• Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on campaign strategy.
• Communicate performance updates to internal teams and clients.
• Identify opportunities for campaign expansion.
• Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads).
