My Amazon Guy is seeking a strategic Paid Media Specialist (B2B) to lead paid acquisition and demand generation from our remote team in the Philippines. You will drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue through data-backed performance marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Google Ads and Meta advertising, with a strong understanding of B2B funnels, attribution, and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing in B2B.
• Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads expertise.
• Proven full-funnel campaigns tied to pipeline.
• Experience with CRO, landing-page optimization, and A/B testing.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize B2B paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Own full-funnel strategy from awareness to retargeting.
• Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and channel mix for ROI.
• Analyze performance using GA4, CRM data, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with CRO, creative, and content teams.
• Build scalable processes and SOPs for paid acquisition.
