Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila seeks a seasoned Manager, Demand Generation (Paid Media) to lead integrated paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social, and display. You will own end-to-end campaigns, optimize bids, and monitor KPIs to maximize ROI while managing budgets and pacing.

The role requires 7+ years in paid media, a strong command of GA4, tag management, and a proven ROI track record. Hybrid work setup with on-site 2x weekly and regular learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on paid media experience, with deep expertise in paid search.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and tag management tools.
• Proven capability in managing and scaling paid search programs with measurable ROI results.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social, and display platforms.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution, covering account structure, keyword/audience strategy, bidding, and ad creative development.
• Monitor and optimize performance against KPIs such as CPL, CAC, conversion rate, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Manage paid media budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation and maximum return.
• Lead ongoing A/B testing across ads, creative formats, and landing pages to drive continuous performance improvements.
• Implement and optimize conversion tracking, attribution models, and tagging frameworks like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Produce regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.
