Job summary

G-P’s Regional Shared Service Centre in the Philippines seeks a Sr Human Resources Associate to support back-end HR, payroll, and legal services for international clients. You’ll manage onboarding, data, visas, and offboarding while ensuring data accuracy and SLA adherence, within a dynamic remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
• Strong hands-on onboarding experience across the Americas (Canada, Mexico, US, Brazil a plus).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; MS Office literacy.
• Proactive, test-and-learn mindset; able to adopt AI features/tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support key employee life cycle processes: onboarding, data management, visa renewals, transfers, offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation: contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment, onboarding guides, certificates, and termination documentation.
• Maintain employee records in the proprietary platform and process forms for HR activities.
• Handle benefits enrollment and liaise with brokers/insurers.
• Provide payroll data, coordinating with payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.
• Audit data changes to ensure accurate payments.
• Assist in SOPs and policy updates; contribute to process improvements.
• Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email and other channels.
• Ensure SLAs/SOPs are followed; deliver service excellence.
• Coordinate with GP partners/vendors, including insurance and local payroll providers.
• Act as first contact during onboarding and offboarding.
