Job summary

Globalization Partners is seeking a Sr. Human Resource Associate for its Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support HR back-end operations, payroll and legal service providers for our international entities across EMEA/APAC/AMER.

This fixed-term 9-month night shift role starts immediately. You will contribute to onboarding, data management, and HR documentation while ensuring service levels and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR operations experience (SSC desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
• Strong onboarding experience across the Americas region (Canada, Mexico, US, Brazil a plus).
• Excellent customer service and English communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency and proactive mindset.
• Ability to adapt to AI features and tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of professionals, data management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, amendments, policies, and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain employee records in the platform and process HR forms.
• Administer benefits enrollment and payroll data with payroll team coordination.
• Assist in audits to ensure accurate payments and data changes.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and SOP updates.
• Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email or other channels.
• Ensure SLAs and SOPs are followed and accurate.
• Coordinate with GP partners/vendors, including insurance and payroll providers.
• Serve as first point of contact during onboarding and offboarding.
