Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate, Service Delivery Management for a 6-month temp role, working remotely from the Philippines. The position supports HR-related workflows, documentation, and reporting from home, with responsibilities across HRIS updates, certification tracking, and offboarding coordination.

The role requires a 4-year degree in HR/psychology, at least one year of corporate HR experience, and availability for a Nov 2026–Jul 2027 temporary assignment, plus night shifts

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course (preferably human resources management or psychology).
• At least 1 year of corporate HR experience (HR shared services a plus).
• Willing to work a night shift (8PM–5AM Manila Time), Mon–Fri.
• Open to a temporary assignment for 9 months (Nov 2026–Jul 2027).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal application records in HRIS.
• Monitor employees’ certification status and update records.
• Post and manage job openings in UKG with complete information.
• Assist offboarding and coordinate related tasks and documentation.
