Job summary

G-P is seeking a Sr HR Associate for its Regional Shared Service Centre to support HR, payroll, and legal back-end services for international entities. Based in the Philippines, the role requires global exposure and a 9-month fixed term contract aligned to GMT hours.

You will manage onboarding, data management, visa renewals, and offboarding, while ensuring accurate payroll support and adherence to HR policies across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Experience in Shared Services
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation in EMEA region

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation: contracts, amendments, policies, enrollment docs, country onboarding guides, termination certs.
• Maintain employee records in our platform; process forms for HR activities.
• Collaborate with brokers/insurers for benefits enrollments.
• Provide payroll data to payroll team and local service providers.
• Audit data changes for accurate payments; ensure timely payroll processing.
• Contribute to SOPs and process improvements.
• Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries.
• Uphold SLAs and SOPs; coordinate with GP partners/vendors.
