Qualifications

• Min 3 years in call center or customer service with AU-based clients.
• Experience in booking coordination or scheduling.
• Excellent spoken English with neutral accent.
• Must be based in or near Manila or Cebu; remote work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate bookings to interpreters and coordinators.
• Follow up with clients and interpreters; offer alternatives as needed.
• Contact SYL and NAATI/AUSIT interpreters to fulfil bookings.
• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve common issues; follow up as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer and booking interactions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Meet KPIs on response times, bookings, and customer satisfaction.
