Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Senior Bookkeeper to own daily financial operations for a U.S.-based promotional products company. You will manage banking, cash flow, AP/AR, and payroll coordination, while keeping books up to date in QuickBooks and preparing reports for the CPA.

You will support 401(k) and sales tax reporting, reconcile accounts, and assist with year-end requirements. The role requires 4–6 years of experience and strong English communication, with a graveyard-compatible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or bookkeeping certification is an advantage.
• 4-6 years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably for U.S.-based small or medium-sized businesses.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours.
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and payroll platforms such as Paychex (or similar e.g., ADP, Gusto).
• Familiarity with U.S. sales tax, 401(k) reporting, and year-end requirements.

Responsibilities

• Daily banking and cash management.
• Recording daily banking activity and monitoring account balances.
• Preparing daily and periodic cash-flow reports for leadership.
• Accounts payable and receivable; processing vendor bills and scheduling payments.
• Preparing and sending customer invoices; following up on outstanding payments and aging reports.
• Bookkeeping and reconciliations; recording transactions in QuickBooks.
• Payroll, benefits, and compliance support; coordinating payroll with Paychex.
