Responsibilities include full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll processing, month-end close, and weekly summaries. Requires 8+ years of experience, QuickBooks Online proficiency, and strong written English for async communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience across multiple entities.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online.
• Gusto experience preferred.
• Ability to produce clean, founder-friendly financial reports.
• Strong written English for async communication.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities.
• Payroll processing and AP management via Gusto.
• Month-end close and reconciliations across multiple bank platforms.
• Weekly cash and spend summaries with executive-facing reporting for the founder.
• Expense categorization, reimbursements, and ongoing bookkeeping hygiene.
• Proactive flagging of spend trends and burn rate concerns.
