DCX is seeking a Home Based Accounting Assistant to support US clients from the Philippines. This full-time remote role focuses on precise book-keeping, timely invoicing, and following client processes with strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, has a related accounting degree, and can communicate clearly with clients and teammates. You’ll work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, and enjoy flexible, remote work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Related bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Very proficient with Excel
• Growth mindset with ongoing training
• Strong numerical skills and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage extra work quotes (EPO/VPO) billing
• Follow up overdue builder invoices for timely payment
• Handle disputes related to invoices and payments
• Process builder and subcontractor payments and backcharges
