Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Senior Bookkeeper to join a growing U.S.-based promotional products company.

You will manage daily financial operations, including cash flow, AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll coordination, and tax support, using QuickBooks and related tools. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work overnight or US hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field required or preferred.
• 4–6 years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably for U.S.-based SMBs.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work overnight/US hours from the Philippines.
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
• Experience with payroll platforms such as Paychex, ADP, or Gusto.
• Familiarity with U.S. sales tax, 401(k) reporting, and year-end requirements.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (reconciliations, pivots, lookups).

Responsibilities

• Daily banking and cash management, recording activity and cash-flow reporting.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and aging reports.
• Bookkeeping and reconciliations, including bank and vendor accounts.
• Payroll coordination and payroll tax support with providers.
• Financial reporting preparation for leadership and CPA review.
• Support for a smaller related company and learning Cotanet system.
