Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the full accounting cycle for multi-entity U.S.-based operations in a remote role.

The ideal candidate will excel in QuickBooks Online, GAAP compliance, and financial reporting, managing daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close independently. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle bookkeeping.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online and prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow reports.
• Handle payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements using Gusto or similar tools.
• Reconcile data between POS or ERP systems (e.g., Clover, Salesforce) and accounting platforms.
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen accounting accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and administrative support to leadership.
