Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a skilled Home-Based Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a U.S.-based consulting company in the industrialized construction industry.

You will handle project-based accounting, enter time and expenses in QuickBooks Online, issue invoices, and monitor accounts receivable. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent English communication, and the ability to work overnight or during US business hours from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably supporting US clients.
• Expert-level QuickBooks Online proficiency and accrual accounting knowledge.
• Strong English communication and ability to work US hours from the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve expenses in QuickBooks Online and assign to projects.
• Create and send client invoices based on project work and billable time.
• Follow up on past-due accounts and monitor A/R aging.
• Record payments, reconcile time and expenses, and produce financial reports.
