The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 3+ years of accounting experience, and expert Excel skills. Responsibilities include handling builder invoices, vendor invoices, and backcharges, while maintaining punctuality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Related bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience required.
• Very proficient with Excel and data analysis.
• Growth mindset with ongoing training.
• Love for business development and working with numbers.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks supporting supervisors (researching, tracking, resolving accounting problems).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage requests for extra work quotes (EPO/VPO); follow up on overdue builder invoices.
• Process all vendor and subcontractor invoices with proper documentation; upload POs and match EPO/VPO; manage backcharges.
