BruntWork seeks a Senior Accountant – E-Commerce Logistics (CPA) to head financial operations for a growing logistics/e‑commerce platform. You will manage daily accounting, payroll, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with Philippine standards while supporting strategic growth.

The role requires QuickBooks ProAdvisor, advanced Excel, and experience with large payrolls in warehouse settings. This is a remote contractor position with immediate start.

Qualifications

• CPA certification with proven track record in accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks ProAdvisor
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
• Advanced Excel proficiency for complex analyses
• Experience handling payroll for large workforces in warehouse/logistics settings
• Experience in account reconciliation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Independent contractor with reliable internet and headset

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable
• Craft and analyze financial statements and reports for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
• Lead payroll processing for a large workforce
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with financial analyst to deliver insights
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Support potential acquisitions with financial analysis and diligence
• Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting
