Job summary

Outsourced.ph is hiring a remote Accountant in the Philippines to support a growing multi-location retail business. You will manage AP, revenue posting, payroll support, fixed assets, and month-end close, working closely with senior leadership and cross-location teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 2+ years of experience, strong Excel and QuickBooks Online skills, and excellent attention to detail. Fully remote with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable processes and vendor management.
• Post daily sales and reconcile revenue across stores and e-commerce.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain supporting docs.
• Assist with payroll data gathering and payroll entries.
