Qualifications

• Must-have: Proven experience managing a fully remote sales team across time zones.
• Experience leading reps, coaching from call recordings, and driving performance with cadence and scorecards.
• Strong understanding of inbound sales, demos, onboarding, follow-up management, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of remote Sales Representatives to hit weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive daily execution: speed-to-lead, demos, follow-up discipline, client sign-ups, onboarding progress, CRM activity, and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks, follow-ups, and performance reports.
• Run 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Hold team members accountable for missed follow-ups, weak demos, low conversion, and poor CRM discipline.
• Coach the team on discovery, demos, objection handling, urgency, closing, onboarding, and client communication.
• Monitor active files to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to Property Management.
