Job summary

Workforce360 is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Vancouver-focused team from a remote role based in the Philippines. The SDR will prospect, cold call, and generate leads, qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for the sales group.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, experience with CRM platforms, and the ability to work independently from a home office while engaging with North American business owners and decision-makers during Vancouver

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B lead generation.
• Proven experience making unsolicited outbound calls.
• Experience researching and building prospect lists.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to engage with decision-makers.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospect clients.
• Send personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate qualified leads and identify decision-makers.
• Build targeted prospect lists through online research.
• Follow up consistently with prospects.
• Qualify prospects and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed notes for every qualified lead.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Track outreach activities and report weekly results.
• Prepare follow-up emails and sales materials; coordinate reminders.
