Job summary

BruntWork seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative to own the front line of our sales pipeline, targeting Canadian prospects via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn. • Track record of setting meetings or generating leads.
• Clear communication and confidence with decision-makers.
• Comfort with high-volume calling and results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Canadian market and business culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to Canadian prospects using provided contact lists.
• Follow up on leads from LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain organized tracking of outreach activities in the CRM.
• Build rapport with decision-makers and nurture relationships through follow-up.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and deals.
• Collaborate with team to refine lead lists and improve conversion rates.
