Job summary

Lago Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support early-stage sales by outbound lead creation and setting up meetings for the sales team. Schedule aligns with US Central Time hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM). Location: Remote (PH / LATAM / EE).

Salary: USD 1,000 USD + commission. The role focuses on increasing qualified conversations without leadership involvement in early outreach.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a sales or SDR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings.
• Ability to manage outreach volume consistently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Asana).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Create and nurture outbound leads, identify customer needs, and maintain CRM notes.
• Outbound & Follow-Up: Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels; re-engage dormant prospects.
• Meeting Booking: Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handoff to closers.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain clean CRM data and track outreach metrics.
