Emapta Global is seeking a Sales Development Representative Specialist (Outbound) for permanent work-from-home in a night-shift role with weekends off. You will research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and execute multichannel outbound campaigns using CRM and engagement platforms.

A strong English background and proven prospecting skills are essential. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Growth teams, maintain CRM data quality, and drive qualified meetings while enjoying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years in sales development, inside sales, lead qualification, or related B2B role with CRM experience
• Demonstrated confidence in cold calling, email prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach
• Experience researching companies, compiling account lists, identifying decision-makers
• Working knowledge of CRM and sales-engagement platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Familiarity with intent data, website activity, account-based prospecting, or multichannel outbound campaigns
• Background in outsourcing, staffing or professional services is an advantage
• Strong written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Target Account Research and Prioritization
• Identify decision-makers and influencers across execs, Finance, Operations, HR and more
• Execute outbound campaigns and manage sequences with approved platforms
• Write concise messages addressing business challenges with clear CTAs
• Conduct priority-account calls to qualify next steps and handle objections
• Prepare HubSpot records and clear handoffs with context and next steps
• Balance inbound and outbound duties as needed
• Maintain accurate CRM data and adhere to ownership rules
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Growth teams to improve messaging
• Participate in coaching, reviews and process calibration
