Job summary

Addmore Services LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business development and lead generation in the Middle East market. This remote position targets UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other regional opportunities.

The ideal candidate has proven SDR experience, strong English communication, and a track record in outbound outreach, lead qualification, and CRM upkeep while working independently from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as SDR/BDR or similar sales role.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential AEC clients and target companies across the Middle East
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, online research, and other channels
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to potential clients
• Connect with decision-makers such as business owners, directors, project managers, commercial managers, architects, contractors, and procurement teams
• Introduce Addmore Services and explain AEC outsourcing solutions
• Qualify prospects based on their business needs, projects, and potential outsourcing requirements
• Schedule qualified meetings and sales appointments for the business development team
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to develop potential business opportunities
• Meet agreed lead-generation, outreach, appointment-setting, and sales development targets
• Strong research, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
