Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for a fast-moving B2B company. You will identify target accounts, conduct outbound outreach by phone and email, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the sales team.

You will prospect into business buyers, navigate organizations, and have commercially intelligent conversations that move prospects toward a meeting.

Qualifications

• Prior B2B sales development or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending cold emails to business decision-makers.
• Experience with a CRM platform for logging activity and managing pipeline.
• Organized and self-directed with ability to manage high outreach volume.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for target accounts.
• Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to cold and warm prospects.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book qualified meetings.
• Log activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM; hit daily/weekly targets.
