My Amazon Guy is seeking a remote Sales Development Representative to nurture and qualify potential clients, acting as the bridge between marketing and sales. You will follow up on inbound leads, re-engage dormant prospects, and maintain proactive communication to drive sales opportunities.

The role emphasizes organization, persistence, and a customer-first mindset, with collaboration across marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth transitions of leads into the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead qualification, customer success, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot; experience with other CRM tools a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with desire to grow in a sales-focused role.
• Independent and capable of building processes.
• Strong problem solving and calendar management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and nurture prospects to pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Re-engage dormant leads and maintain ongoing communication about company updates and services.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM and track status updates.
• Collaborate with marketing to schedule discovery calls and demos.
• Support account-based marketing by personalizing outreach for specific accounts.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
