Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Outbound outreach to prospective leads on a daily basis with structured workflows.
• Inbound lead management with rapid, professional responses.
• Provide accurate estimates/quotes based on customer needs and log details in the CRM.
• Identify fit, interest, and next steps; route qualified leads to the sales team.
• Schedule callbacks and maintain organized follow-ups to avoid missed leads.
• Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and next steps in the CRM.
• Meet daily outbound activity targets while maintaining call quality and professionalism.
