Job summary

Lago is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound lead generation and set up meetings for a fast-growing PPC agency. The role operates on US Central Time hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with a remote work setup (PH / LATAM / EE) and a base USD salary of 1,000 with commission.

You will qualify leads, book meetings, and hand off to closers while maintaining CRM data integrity. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and comfortable engaging with prospects to drive

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a sales or SDR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings.
• Ability to manage outreach volume consistently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Asana, etc.)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create and nurture outbound leads.
• Identify customer needs, fit, and readiness.
• Maintain accurate lead status and notes in CRM.
• Prioritize high-quality opportunities.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Follow up with warm leads consistently.

• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Ensure smooth handoff to closers.
• Provide context and notes for each meeting.
