Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using dialing systems.
• Leave voicemails and follow up with prospective clients.
• Qualify business owners and prospects.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through follow-up.
• Escalate opportunities to Account Executives or senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status using Salesforce.
