You will handle high-volume outreach, manage CRM activities, and collaborate with marketing to drive qualified opportunities. Adaptability and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center environment focused on cold calling and closing sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to the audience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity software (G-Suite, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to set appointments for Account Executives (approx. 50 per day).
• Conduct outreach via social media and email (about 50 touchpoints daily).
• Set ~25 appointments per month and prep leads for the sales cycle.
