HireLago.com is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to support early-stage sales efforts. The role focuses on outbound lead creation and setting up meetings for the sales team, with emphasis on generating qualified conversations without leadership involvement in early outreach.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with prospects to identify fit and drive pipeline growth across a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in a sales or SDR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings.
• Ability to manage outreach volume consistently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Asana, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Lead Qualification: Create and nurture outbound leads and identify fit and readiness.
• Meeting Booking: Schedule qualified meetings and provide context for closers.
• CRM & Data: Maintain accurate lead status and notes in CRM; track outreach metrics.
• Pipeline support: Track conversion from lead to meeting and support pipeline reporting.
