Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the Staffing industry.
• Direct placement sales experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including 80-100 calls per day.
• Manage and nurture leads through the entire outreach lifecycle.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify key stakeholders.
• Set 5-7 qualified appointments per week for the sales team.
