Job summary

CrewBloom, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to educate prospective clients about our company, culture, and products. You will initiate meetings for our Account Executives and manage outreach through calls, email, and social media.

The role involves heavy activity in cold outreach, CRM updates, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing to drive webinar attendance and lead qualification.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience is required.
• 2 years of coldcalling/lead generation for IT staffing and professional services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 50 outbound calls per day to set appointments for our Account Executives.
• Conduct approximately 50 outreach touchpoints via social media and email per day.
• Set 25 appointments per month for the Account Executives.
• Manage pipeline through CRM Salesforce and ensure accurate lead information.
