Overseas is seeking a Business Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company offering QuickBooks automation tools to accounting firms, CPAs, and finance teams.

The role is phone-first with a remote setup, requiring availability during US business hours. You will make cold calls, send outbound emails, qualify inbound leads, and book meetings for the sales team, with clear metrics and activity targets driving pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound cold calling and booking meetings.
• Strong phone presence and objection handling.
• Proficiency using HubSpot for CRM and outreach sequences.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to target accounting firms and finance leaders daily.
• Qualify inbound leads and book demos for the sales team.
• Log call and email activity in HubSpot and maintain clean pipeline data.
• Meet daily/weekly call and meeting targets and track outreach metrics.
