Job summary

Lago is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive outbound demand for its digital marketing services across the United States. You will operate Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM MST, engaging home service and home construction business owners and qualifying high-potential leads.

In this high-energy, quota-driven role, you’ll make hundreds of calls daily, book appointments for senior Account Executives, and follow up via phone, text, and email using our CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B cold calling experience with metrics you can share (dials per day, connect rates, appointments set).
• Experience selling to SMBs and familiarity with digital marketing concepts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM).
• Strong verbal communication, ability to handle objections with concrete rebuttals and close with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Make 200 cold calls per day (minimum).
• Book 3–4 quality appointments per day for senior Account Executives.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead status in the CRM.
