Job summary

Frontier, a fully remote unit under Fresh Prints, is hiring an SDR to own outbound prospecting for high-growth clients. You will build your own pipeline, cold-call and email target CHROs, CPOs, and L&D leaders, and drive inbound/Outbound alignment with the marketing team.

You’ll work directly with the founder/CEO and Head of Sales, shaping outbound playbooks and owning the entire funnel from first touch to qualified meetings while enjoying an uncapped commission structure and a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience.
• Proven success with cold outreach and new logo acquisition.
• Experience selling to HR, People, or L&D buyers.
• Startup experience at a small company and early-stage building.
• Proven track record of meeting activity and pipeline targets.
• Independent work ethic with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot or comparable).

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline with self-sourced opportunities.
• Drive top-of-funnel engagement with target accounts and decision-makers.
• Improve outbound playbook, messages, and target lists.
• Partner with marketing to align outbound and inbound efforts.
• Hit daily, weekly, and quarterly activity and pipeline metrics.
• Meet and exceed quarterly meeting and pipeline generation goals.
• Track and update all sales activities in the CRM.
