Job summary

Bundle delivers live 1:1 leadership and manager training with expert instructors. We’re hiring our second sales hire, built for a hunter, owning outbound prospecting at Bundle: greenfield territory, a proven playbook, and full ownership of the pipeline you create, from first touch to booking qualified meetings.

This is not a role where leads land in your lap. Marketing provides strong inbound today, but you’ll build the other engine and self-source the majority of your pipeline through cold

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience with self-sourced pipeline.
• Proven success with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and new logo acquisition.
• Experience selling to HR/People/L&D buyers (CHRO, CPO, Head of L&D).
• Startup experience and ability to work in early-stage environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline; prospect daily via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Drive top-of-funnel engagement; identify target accounts and reach decision-makers.
• Run discovery and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales leaders.
• Improve outbound playbook with templates, target lists, and outreach messaging.
• Partner with marketing on shared target accounts; align inbound and outbound.
• Hit daily, weekly, and quarterly activity and pipeline metrics.
• Meet and exceed quarterly meeting and pipeline generation goals.
• Track all sales activities and contacts in the CRM.
