Job summary

Bundle is hiring its second SDR to own outbound prospecting for greenfield territory. You’ll build the pipeline from cold outreach to booking qualified meetings, working closely with the founder/CEO and Head of Sales. Expect to self-source most opportunities and shape outbound strategy for future hires.

This is a fully remote role with inbound marketing present, offering an uncapped commission structure and a fast-paced early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience with self-sourced pipeline.
• Proven cold outreach success and new logo acquisitions.
• Experience selling to HR/People/L&D buyers (CHRO, CPO, Head of L&D).
• Startup experience in a small team and early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline with daily prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Drive top-of-funnel engagement and hand off qualified opportunities.
• Improve outbound playbook with templates and target lists.
• Collaborate with marketing on shared target accounts and inbound parity.
• Hit activity and pipeline goals and track in the CRM.
