Job summary

Frontier, a fully remote arm of Fresh Prints, seeks a second outbound sales hire to own a hunter role and build a self-sourced pipeline. You will prospect daily through calls, email, and LinkedIn, targeting CHROs, CPOs, and L&D leaders at mid-market to enterprise companies, while partnering with the founder and Head of Sales.

You’ll execute the proven outbound playbook, shape the early outbound strategy, and report progress in your first months as you scale growth for Frontier’s expanding client

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience with self-sourced pipeline.
• Proven success with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and new logo acquisition in an underdeveloped territory.
• Experience selling to HR, People, or L&D buyers (CHRO, CPO, Head of L&D).
• Startup experience in small teams and a preference for early-stage building over big-company processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline via daily cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Identify target accounts, reach decision-makers, run discovery, and hand off qualified opportunities.
• Improve and execute the outbound playbook with templates and lists.
• Collaborate with Marketing on shared target accounts to align outbound and inbound.
• Hit activity and pipeline metrics daily, weekly, and quarterly, and exceed meetings goals.
• Track all sales activities in the CRM.
