Job summary

WinSolutions Corp. is hiring a Sales Development Associate to own the full sales process from prospecting to closing in a remote-first role based in the Philippines.

This position offers the flexibility to work from our Ortigas office and requires outbound outreach to HR leaders in the USA, with mentorship from the founder and rapid exposure to a growing global team. You will sharpen communications, qualify leads, maintain the CRM, and contribute to product and sales playbooks as the startup

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience selling for a product-based company and USA market.
• Willing to work UAE hours.
• Strong phone presence and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Drive outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify prospects and open conversations with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Understand employer challenges and connect them to Whitecarrot's AI-powered solutions.
• Maintain and update our CRM to keep the pipeline organised.
• Work directly with the founder to advance deals and close customers.
• Share frontline insights that shape our product roadmap and sales playbook.
• Take on different responsibilities as needed, wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup.
