Job summary

Pearl Talent is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own end-to-end outbound outreach across a national physician partner network. The role is fully remote, with an EST-aligned schedule and flexibility for modest time shifts to accommodate West Coast campaigns.

You will source qualified leads, execute multi-channel campaigns, and book 10+ meetings per week for AEs, aiming for 50+ meetings monthly within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Outbound SDR/BDR experience with cold prospecting ownership.
• Experience with AI-driven prospecting/enrichment tools in real campaigns.
• Proven meeting generation with quota attainment (10+ meetings/week).
• CRM experience with activity logging and pipeline tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• English at C1+ level for direct outreach across the US.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified leads (physicians, medical networks, sports medicine practices).
• Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, SMS, LinkedIn).
• Book a minimum of 10 new qualified meetings per week for AEs.
• Contribute to pipeline and optimize outreach processes.
