Job summary

Pearl Talent is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of the funnel and drive growth for US and EU startups. You will identify high-value prospects, execute multi-channel outreach, and book qualified meetings with decision-makers in healthcare, AI/SaaS, and consumer health services.

This fully remote, international role requires English fluency, strong CRM discipline, and a proactive, metrics-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare sales preferred.
• Strong prospecting and outbound outreach skills.
• Excellent English communication and remote work discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and build prospect lists.
• Execute high-volume outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and multi-channel campaigns.
• Book qualified meetings for sales teams and transition opportunities to Account Executives.
• Maintain detailed prospect information and engagement records in CRM systems.
• Track pipeline and outcomes to inform strategy and improvements.
